Description
ü Responsible for sales related business for HVAC products.
ü Create new sales and marketing strategies to attract the clients and understand their future needs and recognizing additional business potential.
ü Generate high-quality sales leads; follow up after initial meeting.
ü Develop, maintain and improve good relationship with customers.
ü Understand the latest technologies and upgrades in the products and services.
ü Advice clients with solutions that fits their requirements commercially and technically.
ü Prepares periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.
ü Plan and execute sales activities in order to meet order intake, net sales and gross margin targets.
ü Supervise and organize all proposals, quotations and submission documents and takes responsibility for all quotation costing and their accuracy.
ü Co-ordinate with the purchasing/logistics team regarding all order processing to ensure on-time delivery of goods to customers.
ü Implement strategic sales tactics and selling skills to maximize sales hit rate.
ü Follow up with the team and estimate the budget & the Target for the financial year.
ü Direct marketing duties including technical presentation for clients, consultants and contractors.
ü Sales duties (generating inquiries, HVAC design including Controls, unit distribution, quote, negotiations and follow up to hit the Target .
ü Identify areas to improve customer satisfaction; communicate those issues and possible solutions to upper management.
ü Track, report current and future sales opportunities on a monthly basis to the Sales Manager.
ü Ensure quality and accuracy of bid document sent to customers.
ü Supervise and ensure a proper sales-to-project hand over of secured order.
ü Perform other duties assigned by the management.
Qualification / Experience / Skills
ü Bachelor Degree in Electrical /Mechanical Engineering with minimum 10+Years of experience in the same field.
ü Self-driven, detail-oriented with analytical mindset.
ü Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
ü Advanced Computers skills in MS Office and other software’s.
ü Strategic and creative thinker who will build innovative solutions to grow and develop new business within existing and new areas.
ü Ability to provide sales leadership within a virtual, cross-functional team and to manage several initiatives simultaneously.
ü The ability to build relationships with clients quickly.
